Cows don't synch up with each other naturally, making heat detection and ai a tricky process unless you can put eyes on them 24/7.  Estrus synchronization makes this process easier.  By synchronizing the cattle all together, it makes the process more efficient and increases your chances of a successful conception.  You have the option of hiring me to synchronize your cows, or choosing to work solo or with a vet.
